Advanced Mechanical Design
ME205 is the UR Mechanical Engineering capstone course in Design.
This is an applied course that teaches the student how to use engineering principles in the design of mechanical components and mechanical systems.
The student learns the mechanical design process through team based design activities. In particular, project teams will design, analyze, build, and test a working machine in a semester long project. Formal design reviews and engineering reports will be used to document results.
- Topics Include
